We did a little different take on it..
I have to mention that 2 whole pans of chicken thighs cost a whopping $9.00.
We made our own Barbeque Sauce and we baked then broiled the chicken.

So like everything we do it started with onion...onion really is the main ingredient in everything.

This photo is what we call the Barbeque Sauce Friends. It was a little different than what we normally use but the result was wonderful. We added 1 1/4 c. ketchup, 8 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. molasses, 2 tbsp. pineapple juice, 2 tbsp. Macallan, 1 tbsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. garlic paste, and a dash of hot sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.

Now that the sauce is simmering, it's time to start the rice. The recipe for the rice was found on littlebroken.com The recipe is here--Recipe

Time to sear the chicken

We then remove the chicken scrape up the good bits..drain a little oil and fill the pan with pinapple juice and Barbeque Sauce

We placed everything back in the skillet including the pineapples and some green beans, brushed it all down with barbeque sauce and topped it with jalapeño.

It went in the oven at 375 for 30 minutes.

We needed to broil it in the end to get it crispy only about 5 minutes or so.
