Paella Night

Whats better on a cold April night than Paella.. We have never been a fan of mussels in Paella so we did a weakling recipe.. Thank You to Meghan From fox and Briar..

We substituted Linguica for Chorizo because I cant pronounce the latter.. Ask my niece .. she will tell you .. We added sun dried tomatoes at the end and more broth in the middle so it didn't burn. We also baked it in the oven the last 10 minutes.. (right after the shrimp went in)
